What\u00b4s the rationale for English-Only classrooms? Are code-switching and translanguaging the same? In this webinar we\u00b4ll share an overview of changing paradigms on the use of L1 in \u00a0Foreign language lessons. We\u00b4ll also explore how the process of translanguaging has evolved into Translanguaging Pedagogy for the EFL classroom, a teaching strategy you could implement in different contexts to enrich your teaching.

Edita Saluzzo<\/strong> is an EFL teacher educator at IES N\u00b0 28 \u201cOlga Cossettini\u201d (Rosario, Sta. Fe), where she is currently Head of the EFL Teaching Programme. Since 2005 she has been in charge of Teaching Workshops, Research Seminars and the Practicum. Member of the Curriculum Design team for FL in Secondary Schools (2011-2015); coordinator of the Design team for FL Teaching Programmes (2015\/ 2023); coordinator of the Design team for FL in Primary Education (2023).
