Electronic literature challenges our assumptions and empowers readers to co-construct texts. With a corpus of e-texts alongside canonical literature, this workshop will provide a hands-on experience of activities which involve the integration of different semiotic systems and rely on digital tools to enhance reading and produce texts in the ELT classroom. Participants will thus be able to explore their reading and writing strategies and reflect on the cognitive and emotional impact of the convergence of literature and technology.
When? Saturday October 19th – 9.30 to 12
APRIR members: free of charge
Students, IES staff and members of FAAPI affiliated TAs: $200
